“We had to sit and wait for someone to finally show up at the front desk to check in. When they finally arrived they had no idea which rooms had been cleaned yet. I was given a room number and told they weren’t sure if it was cleaned yet but I could go check. Poor customer service”

“The shower water went everywhere on the the bathroom floor. The shower water was coming out the side of the knozle. We was on the botton floor and by the stairwell door we heard up and down all thought thr night and a chld crying all night long. I try to use a gift card for breakfast there anditnwas 100. 00 and they told me it was not going thought. Rooms was small for the price.”
