“Staff was very cordial. Room was clean. Breakfast both days was very disappointing. It was not well stocked,and no kitchen staff readily accessible. Spoke to Front desk clerk who made efforts to remedy the situation.”

“I always stay here but the upkeep this time was extremely poor. The dishwasher had a foul smell coming from it which made the room stink. When I checked in I waited 15 minutes at the front desk while the worker hung out in the office socializing with someone. You could hear the whole inappropriate conversation. I will be using another facility from now on.”

“I checked in well after the standard check-in time and found my room still very dirty, almost like it was recently used. There was visible dirt on the towels and the shower floor was wet. I found dead bugs throughout the room & when I moved the couch, I found fast food sauce packets & other trash behind the couch. The flooring throughout the entire building was buckling and missing in sections. Just a bad vibe in general with the whole place.”
